On 20 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to reissue forms of licences of a securities market professional participant to the following entities:

public joint-stock company BANK SGB (the city of Vologda) to carry out broker, dealer, depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name,

Milcom-Invest Financial Agency, limited liability company (the city of Chelyabinsk), to carry out broker, dealer, depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location,

Joint-stock company Standard Financial Corporation (the city of Saint Petersburg) to carry out broker, dealer, depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name,

Joint-stock company Metallurgical Commercial Bank (the city of Cherepovets, Vologda Region) to carry out broker, dealer, depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name,

Joint-stock commercial bank Slavia (JSC) (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of name,

ARGENTUM Investment and Finance Company, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), to carry out broker, dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location,

InterFinance, limited liability company (the city of Moscow, the city of Troitsk) to carry out broker, dealer, depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name;

to register documents of the public joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS (the city of Moscow) as per list:

the Rules of organised trading of the public joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS in the foreign exchange market and in the precious metals market,

the Rules of admission to participation in organised trading of the public joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS,

the procedure for organising the monitoring of organised trading as well as exercising control over trading participants and other entities of the public joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS,

specification of a futures contract for the RUONIA rate of the public joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS,

specification of a futures contract for the MOEXREPO rate of the public joint-stock company Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS.
