On securities issue

On 16 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to refuse to register reports on the results of the issue of series 27, 29 and 31 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Russian Railways (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription, state registration numbers of the issues are 4-27-65045-D, 4-29-65045-D and 4-31-65045-D, dated 3 May 2012,

due to the non-placement of any securities to recognise the said issues invalid and to cancel their state registration;

to register an issue of series 28 convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds and a prospectus of series 28 convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the public joint-stock company TransFin —M (the city of Moscow) placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 4-02-50156-А to the issue of securities;

to register an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company United Aircraft Corporation (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-02-55306-Е-002D to the issue of securities;

to register amendments to the decision on an additional issue and a prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Sukhoi Aviation Holding Company (the city of Moscow) placed through public subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-50050-А-013D to the additional issue of securities;

to cancel individual numbers (codes):

001D of state registration number 1-01-65181-J-001D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 21 August 2014, the date of the state registration of the report on the results of the additional issue of the securities is 5 March 2015) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint stock company Rafarma,

001D of state registration number 1-01-55493-Е-001D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 30 August 2012, the date of the state registration of the report on the results of the additional issue of the securities is 5 March 2015) assigned by the FFMS of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company KBP named after Academician A. Shipunov,

002D of state registration number 1-01-32629-F-002D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 29 January 2013, the date of the state registration of the report on the results of the additional issue of the securities is 10 March 2015) assigned by the FFMS of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Nizhne-Bureyskata HPP,

004D of state registration number 1-01-55470-Е-004D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 24 January 2013, the date of the state registration of the report on the results of the additional issue of the securities is 10 March 2015) assigned by the FFMS of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Ural Optical and Mechanical Plant named after E.S. Yalamov,

003D of state registration number 1-01-15665-А-003D (the date of the state registration of the additional issue of securities is 10 February 2015, the date of the state registration of the report on the results of the additional issue of the securities is 12 March 2015) assigned by the Bank of Russia to the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company AERO-Sheremetyevo,
