On Bank of Russia decisions

On 16 June 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register:

amendments to the charter of the Joint-stock Company Non-governmental Pension Fund of Metallurgists (Moscow);

amendments to the charter of the Non-governmental Pension Fund of the Open Joint-stock Company of Energy and Electrification Mosenergo (Moscow);

Rules of the open joint-stock company Specialised Depository INFINITUM to monitor the composition and structure of assets accepted as collateral for insurance reserves and capital of the insurer (Moscow);

closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund Rakurs managed by TETIS Capital, limited liability company;

closed-end credit unit investment fund SKM — Credit Solutions managed by AM company Radomir, limited liability company;

closed-end real estate unit investment fund Lakus-Finance managed by AM Company Avers Capital, limited liability company.
