On 21 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following entities:
The open-end equity unit investment fund Alliance — Shares managed by Management Company April Capital, joint-stock company;
The open-end equity unit investment fund Alliance — Shares of Primary Industry Companies managed by Management Company April Capital, joint-stock company;
The open-end bond unit investment fund Allianz — Government Bonds managed by Management Company April Capital, joint-stock company;
The open-end bond unit investment fund Allianz — Bonds managed by Management Company April Capital, joint-stock company;
The open-end blend unit investment fund Allianz — Balanced managed by Management Company April Capital, joint-stock company;
The open-end equity unit investment fund Allianz
The open-end equity unit investment fund Alliance — Shares of Non-primary Industry Companies managed by Management Company April Capital, joint-stock company;
The closed-end real estate unit investment fund Trust Development the Second managed by asset management company Capital Trust, limited liability company, due to the assignment of rights and obligations under the trust agreement by a fund managed by another management company;
The closed-end credit unit investment fund Credit Resource managed by asset management company Aurum Investment, limited liability company, due to the assignment of rights and obligations under the trust agreement by a fund managed by another management company;
The closed-end credit unit investment fund Macro-credit managed by asset management company Aurum Investment, limited liability company;
The closed-end real estate unit investment fund Capital — XXI Century managed by Central Trust company, closed joint-stock company;
The open-end unit investment fund Zerich — Equity Fund managed by Asset Management Company Zerich, limited liability company;
