On securities issue

On 21 May 2015, the Bank of Russia made the following decisions:

to resume the issue and to register the placement report of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company SUEK-Krasnoyarsk (Krasnoyarsk Territory), placed through the conversion of the shares of the joint-stock company Borodinskaya Coal Company during reorganisation through acquisition, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55295-Е-001D;

to register the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Regional Fund (Republic of Bashkortostan), placed through the conversion of shares into same-category (type) shares of lower nominal value;

to assign state registration number 1-04-55274-Е to the securities issue;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Production Association Ural Optical and Mechanical Plant named after E.S. Yalamov (Sverdlovsk Region), placed through private subscription;

to assign state registration number 1-01-55470-Е-005D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares the joint-stock company Simbirsk Ammunition Plant (Ulyanovsk Region), placed through private subscription;

to assign state registration number 1-01-04702-Е-001D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company RNCB-Holding (Moscow), placed through private subscription;

to assign state registration number 1-01-77365-Н-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register the additional issue and the prospectus of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Amur Shipbuilding Plant (Khabarovsk Territory), placed through public subscription;

to assign state registration number 1-02-30661-F-003D to the additional issue of securities;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue and the prospectus of series 06 and 07 of non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company RUSNANO (Moscow), placed through public subscription, the state registration numbers of the issues are 4-06-55477-E and 4-07-55477-E.
