On 21 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to resume the issue and to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Passenger Company Sakhalin (the Sakhalin Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-33035-F-001D;

to register the report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Sarov Generating Company (the Nizhny Novgorod Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-03-80104-N-001D.
