On cancelling qualification certificates

On 21 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AA qualification certificate No. 031427 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head, or controller, or specialist of the organisation which carries out depository activities and series AA qualification certificate No. 032917 of qualification corresponding to the position of a top manager, middle manager, controller or specialist of the organisation which carries out broker and dealer activities issued to Yelena V. Makukhina, a controller of the joint-stock company Gazinvest Investment Company following the repeated violations of Russian securities legislation.
