On cancelling qualification certificate

On 21 January 2016, due to the repeated gross violations of Russian securities legislation the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AA qualification certificate No. 008692 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or controller of the organisation which carries out broker and/or dealer activities and/or securities trust management activities issued to German V. Dyachenko, the sole executive body of the Dealer Investment Company, limited liability company.
