On 19 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
To agree on tariffs for services of the Moscow-based NPO CJSC NSD connected with operations with for which NPO CJSC NSD a personal account of nominal holder of the central depositary or for which NPO CJSC NSD is the party implementing obligatory centralised securities storage;
To register Rules of clearing of the Moscow-based non-bank credit institution closed joint-stock company National Settlement Depository.
