On registering rules of trust management

On 19 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register rules of trust management of the following entities:

Mortgage collateral of ISU-9500 mortgage participation certificates managed by BIN FINAM Group Management Company, limited liability company;

Mortgage collateral of EFG-3 mortgage participation certificates managed by the closed joint-stock company EFG Asset Management;

Impulse, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by TRINFICO Property Management, limited liability company;

Symbol, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by TRINFICO Property Management, limited liability company;

AFM Gulliver, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by ActiveFinanceManagement, limited liability company.
