On registering amendments and addenda to rules of trust management

On 19 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

MRegionGroup. Land, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by PalitraFINANCE Management Company, limited liability company;

GERFIN — Credit, closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by GERFIN Management Company, limited liability company;

GOTHIC, closed-end direct investments unit investment fund managed by TM-TRUST, limited liability company;

Land Development, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company VTB Capital Asset Management;

Stroyholding, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by BrokerCreditService Real Estate Funds Management Company, limited liability company;

SRT, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by REGION Development, limited liability company;

Invector, closed-end venture investments unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Successful Asset Management Company of Tatar Republic;

Financial Sector, interval unit investment hedge fund managed by Aurora Capital Management, limited liability company.
