On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, on 20 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series АА qualification certificate No. 004714 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity and/or securities trust management issued to the sole executive body of Investment Company Troyka Capital, limited liability company, Alexandre Ganichev;

— series АI-002 qualification certificate No. 000440 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, issued to the controller of Investment Company Troyka Capital, limited liability company, Alexandre Ganichev.
