On 18 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel permanent licences to carry out broker activity No. 013-07157-100000, dated 26 November 2003, dealer activity No. 013-07161-010000, dated 26 November 2003, and operations to manage securities No. 013-07166-001000, dated 26 November 2003, of the Saransk-based Commercial Bank Intercapital-Bank, limited liability company, professional participant of the securities market, due to the bank’s request.
