On 19 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to issue licence:
To perform mediation activity as an insurance broker to the Ivanovo-based Insurance Broker IVSTRAKHOVKA, limited liability company;
To perform reinsurance to the Moscow-based INSURANCE COMPANY ARSENAL, limited liability company.
