On cancellation of qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of the requirements of securities legislation of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia took a decision:

To cancel qualification certificate of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities issued to Andrey A. Makarov, the controller of Investment Company Profitable Investments, limited liability company;

To cancel qualification certificate of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and operations to manage securities issued to Vadim V. Shakirov, the sole executive body of Investment Company Profitable Investments, limited liability company.
