On registering rules of trust management

On 16 July 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:

Progress Second, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Progress-Trust Management Company;

Citadel, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by the open joint-stock company RONIIN — Trust;

Ansaf, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by PIFagor Management Company, limited liability company;

Renaissance Roden Capital-1, closed-end long-term direct investments unit investment fund managed by Renaissance Investment Management, limited liability company;

PNK Development, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by BrokerCreditService Real Estate Management Company, limited liability company;

to register the rules of trust management of:

RIO-LION Estate, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by RUSSIAN INVESTMENT SOCIETY, limited liability company;

to refuse to register the rules of trust management of:

mortgage coverage of ISU MANHATTAN mortgage participation certificates managed by YULA Management Company, limited liability company.
