On cancelling licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance

On 20 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences to carry out pension provision and pension insurance of the Non-governmental pension fund Volgograd ASKO Fund (PSRN 1023405575214, TIN 3439005064).

The reason to take this decision was repeated violations over the year by the fund of requirements for the dissemination, submission or disclosure of information stipulated by federal laws and respective regulations, and also Bank of Russia regulations which govern the fund’s licensed activities.

Due to cancelling the licences, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to manage the Non-governmental pension fund Volgograd ASKO Fund.
