On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violations of requirements of Russian securities legislation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AB qualification certificate No. 000091 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting broker and dealer activity issued to the sole executive body of Universal Investment Company Partner, limited liability company, Igor Kuzmin;

— series KA qualification certificate No. 011483 of FINANCIAL MARKET SPECIALIST with specialisation in financial market: broker and dealer activity and securities management, series AV-001 qualification certificate No. 004988 of financial market specialist in management of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, series АА qualification certificate No. 021010 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting depositary activity, series АА qualification certificate No. 026026 of specialist of a specialised depositary of an investment fund and a unit investment fund, series АIII-001 qualification certificate No. 004542 of financial market specialist in keeping a register of securities owners, series АII-001 qualification certificate No. 004691 of financial market specialist in organising trading in the securities market (stock exchange activity) and clearing activity, and series АА qualification certificate No. 019988 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting broker and/or dealer activity issued to the controller of Universal Investment Company Partner, limited liability company, Elvira Rayanova.
