On revocation of mutual insurance licence

By its Order No. OD-1113, dated 20 May 2015, the Bank of Russia revoked the mutual insurance licence from the Mutual Insurance Company VZAIMNAYA OHRANA, Non-Profit Organisation (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 4287).

This decision is taken due to the insurance agent’s failure to timely remove the violations of the insurance legislation resulted in suspension of the mutual insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-721, dated 3 April 2015, ‘On the Suspension of the Mutual Insurance Licence of the Mutual Insurance Company VZAIMNAYA OHRANA, Non-Profit Organisation’), and notably due to the avoidance to receive Bank of Russia instruction. The decision becomes effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin.
