On issuing copy of qualification certificate

On 20 April 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a copy of series AA qualification certificate No. 009280 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 3/2 dated 25 March 1999) of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller of an organisation conducting clearing activity and/or depository activity or maintaining a register of holders of registered securities to Andrey B. Rubtsov (the city of Moscow).
