On securities issue

On 20 January 2015, the Bank of Russia made the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company OR, placed through public subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-50161-А;

to resume the issue and to register the placement report of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Sozvezdie Concern, placed through private subscription, state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55161-Е-005D dated 1 November 2012;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Rust Rossiya, placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-42186-Н-004D to the additional securities issue;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Control Systems, placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-14608-А-003D to the additional securities issue;

to register the placement report of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the joint-stock company Russian Railways, placed through private subscription, state registration number of the issue is 1-01-65045-D-014D.
