On securities issue

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company High Technology Park placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-04469-Е-001D.

To resume the issue and to register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Rosspirtprom placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55440-Е-001D dated 3 May 2012.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Production Association Sergo Plant placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-57340-D-005D to the additional issue of securities.

To register issues and a prospectus of class A and B non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company Mortgage Agent KHMB-2 placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration numbers 4-02-82445-H and 4-03-82445-H to the issues of securities.

To register a report on the results of issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company INTER RAO Capital placed through conversion of shares into the same category shares at lower par value, the state registration number of issue is 1-02-37770-Н.

To register amendments to the decision on the issue of class B non-convertible interest bearing certified housing mortgage-backed bearer bonds of the closed joint-stock company MBRD Mortgage Agent placed through private subscription, the state registration number of issue is 4-02-69714-Н dated 18 August 2009.
