Following the revocation of the banking licence from the credit institution CJSC CB LADA-CREDIT (TIN: 6320013240) (hereinafter, the Company) on 16 October 2015, the Bank of Russia cancelled licences of professional securities market participant issued to the Company to carry out broker activity No. 077-03772-100000, dated 13 December 2000, dealer activity No. 077-03834-010000, dated 13 December 2000, securities management No. 077-03890-001000, dated 13 December 2000, and depositary activity No. 077-04162-000100, dated 20 December 2000.
