On refusal to issue licence

On 17 October 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to refuse to issue licence to the following entities:
Paritet Resheniy Insurance Broker, limited liability company, a licence to perform mediation activity as an insurance broker;
Saint Petersburg-based Megapolis Asset Management, limited liability company, a licence of professional securities market participant to carry out securities management.
