On 18 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to reissue forms of licences of professional securities market participant to the following entities:

public joint-stock company TRANSCAPITALBANK (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name,
joint-stock company Specialised Depository INFINITUM (the city of Moscow) to carry out depositary activity due to a change of name,
joint-stock company VTB Capital (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker and dealer activity due to a change of name,
joint-stock company NS Bank (the city of Moscow) to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of name,
GHP Asset Management, limited liability company (the city of Moscow), to carry out securities management due to a change of location,
AK BARS CAPITAL, limited liability company (the city of Kazan), to carry out securities management due to a change of location,
joint-stock company United Registry Company (the city of Moscow) to act as a registrar of securities holders due to a change of name,
joint-stock company New Registrar (the city of Moscow) to act as a registrar of securities holders due to a change of name and location;
to issue a licence of professional securities market participant to carry out depositary activity to Private-Archive, limited liability company (TIN 7729760980)
