On reissuing forms of licences of professional participant of securities market

On 15 August 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of the professional participant of the securities market to the following entities:

Moscow-based open joint-stock company Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of name and location (previous name: open joint-stock company NOMOS-BANK);

Moscow-based Investment Company Center Capital, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activities and operations to manage securities due to a change of location;

Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Investment Company Aurora Capital, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities due to a change of name and location (previous name: closed joint-stock company Investment Company Elita Finance).
