On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Republic of Mordovia, dated 6 May 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Intercapital-Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2706, date of registration — 21 February 1994), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1102, dated 20 May 2015) to terminate from 20 May 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Intercapital-Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-63, dated 20 January 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Saransk-Based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Intercapital-Bank, Limited Liability Company, or CB Intercapital-Bank LLC (the Republic of Mordovia) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
