On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-616, dated 24 March 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Congress-Bank or OJSC Congress-Bank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1104, dated 20 May 2015):

— to withdraw Yu.V. Gubochkin from the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Congress-Bank from 20 May 2015;

— to appoint P.A. Chumakov as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Congress-Bank from 20 May 2015.
