On appointment of provisional administration
In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 18926 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Cherepovets-based credit institution joint-stock company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang or JSC Comsotsbank Bumerang (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1002, date of registration — 28 November 1990) (Order No. OD-1109, dated 20 May 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1110, dated 20 May 2015) to appoint from 20 May 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution joint-stock company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.
Aleksey Kadyrov, deputy head of the banking supervision section of the Vologda Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang.
The provisional administration of the credit institution joint-stock company Commercial Bank of Social Development Bumerang also includes: S.N. Zlokin, S.P. Veresova, N.V. Rastorguev, N.V. Obikhodova, N.V. Krivosheina, A.L. Vyaznikov, Ye.A. Sizov, Z.P. Nikanorova, Ye.A. Stepanova, O.V. Scherbakova, S.A. Sokolov, A.N. Davidenko, T.N. Abakumova.
