On securities issue

On 19 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to suspend the issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the public joint-stock company Voronezh Synthetic Rubber (the Voronezh Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-02-00222-А-002D;

to register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Federal Center for Nuclear and Radiation Safety placed through private subscription,

to assign state registration number 1-01-15594-А-002D to the additional issue of securities;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue and the prospectus of class A non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds secured by the pledge of monetary claims of the Moscow-based Specialised Financial Company Europe 14-1A, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration number of issue is 4-01-36466-R;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Mosvodokanal placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55517-Е-002D;

to register amendments to the decision on the issue of series 01 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the Moscow-based FinStandart, limited liability company, placed through public subscription, the state registration number of issue is 4-01-36413-R, dated 15 May 2012;

to register amendments to the decision on the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Gromov Flight Research Institute (the Moscow Region) placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-55494-E-002D.
