On reorganisation through merger

Pursuant to the requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ the Moscow-based Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District notifies on the initiation of the procedure of the reorganisation of the public joint-stock company B&NBANK through merger with the public joint-stock company B&NBANK Smolensk, public joint-stock company B&NBANK Surgut, public joint-stock company CM KEDR and public joint-stock company B&NBANK Tver.
