On 20 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register issues and a prospectus of series 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 non-convertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of the open joint-stock company Russian Railways placed through private subscription.
To assign state registration numbers 4-33-65045-D, 4-34-65045-D, 4-35-65045-D, 4-36-65045-D, 4-37-65045-D, 4-38-65045-D, 4-39-65045-D, 4-40-65045-D, 4-41-65045-D, 4-42-65045-D, and 4-43-65045-D to the issues of securities.
