On 18 March 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
To reissue a documentary confirmation of licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the Ulan-Ude-based public joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital due to the change of name (previously: open joint-stock company Non-Governmental Pension Fund Siberian Capital) and location.
To refuse reissuing a documentary confirmation of licence to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds to the limited liability company Management Company Pervoinvest—Asset Management.
