On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, dated 23 December 2015, with regard to case No. А56-81379/2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution LENOBLBANK (limited liability company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1003, date of registration — 28 November 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-109, dated 18 January 2016) to terminate from 19 January 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution LENOBLBANK (limited liability company) appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2837, dated 16 October 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution LENOBLBANK (Limited Liability Company) or LLC LENOBLBANK (the town of Vsevolozhsk, the Leningrad Region) Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
