On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Kemerovo Region, dated 12 January 2015, on the forced liquidation of the credit institution Business Development Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1910, date of registration — 1 June 1992) and appointing a liquidator in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-71, dated 20 January 2015) to terminate from 21 January 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Business Development Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-223, dated 5 March 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Kemerovo-based Credit Institution Business Development Bank, Limited Liability Company, or BD Bank LLC, Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
