Due to the request of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Joint-Stock Commercial Bank Moscow Bill Bank (TIN 7717005245) the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant to carry out broker activity No. 077-13358-100000, dated 27 October 2010, dealer activity No. 077-13360-010000, dated 27 October 2010, and securities management No. 077-13362-001000, dated 27 October 2010.
