On 18 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
to register amendments and addenda to the pension rules of the Moscow-based Non-State Pension Fund Gazprombank-Fund;
to issue a preliminary approval for Lares, limited liability company, represented by a group of persons to acquire 100 per cent of ordinary shares of the open joint-stock company Non-State Pension Fund BLAGOSOSTOYANIE OPS;
to register amendments and addenda to the rules of trust management of mortgage coverage of ISU-1 mortgage participation certificates managed by the closed joint-stock company и GFT Capital Management Company.
