On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 8 December 2014, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Narodniy Credit (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2401, date of registration 28 June 1993) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3558, dated 18 December 2014) to terminate from 19 December 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company Bank Narodniy Credit appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2782, dated 9 October 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company Bank Narodniy Credit or OJSC Bank Narodniy Credit Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
