On cancelling licence of specialised depositary

On 18 December 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence to act as a specialised depositary of investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to Financial and Economic Consulting, limited liability company (hereinafter, the Specialised Depositary) (PSRN: 1037843049320; Licence No. 22-000-0-00109, dated 21 December 2012).

The reason to cancel the licence of the specialised depositary was the specialised depositary’s repeated failure to properly meet its control obligations when carrying out the activity envisaged by the licence.
