Due to the repeated gross violations of the requirements of securities legislation of the Russian Federation, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series AA qualification certificate No. 032859 of SECURITIES MARKET SPECIALIST in securities market: broker and dealer activity and securities management, series AIV-001 qualification certificate No. 002931 of financial market specialist in depositary activity, and series AV-003 qualification certificate No. 002427 of financial market specialist in investment fund, unit investment fund and non-governmental pension fund management, issued to the controller of CENTRERESERVE, limited liability company, Anton Ye. Morozov;

— series DI-004 qualification certificate No. 004286 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, series DIV-004 qualification certificate No. 004287 of financial market specialist in depositary activity, and series АА qualification certificate No. 032268 of securities market specialist in keeping a register of registered securities holders, issued to the controller of IFC Technology Capital, limited liability company, Yelena A. Sadokhina;

— series КА qualification certificate No. 006284 of FINANCIAL MARKET SPECIALIST with specialisation in financial market: broker and dealer activity and securities management, series AIV-001 qualification certificate No. 004617 of financial market specialist in depositary activity, series AIII-001 qualification certificate No. 004104 of financial market specialist in keeping a register of securities holders, and series КА qualification certificate No. 005567 of FINANCIAL MARKET SPECIALIST with specialisation in financial market: investment fund, unit investment fund and non-governmental pension fund management, issued to the sole executive body of Investment and Financial Company GlobalFinGroup, limited liability company, Sergey B. Smirnov;

— series AI-001 qualification certificate No. 010983of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, issued to the controller of Investment and Financial Company GlobalFinGroup, limited liability company, Stanislav Yu. Rosinov;

— series AI-003 qualification certificate No. 008733 of financial market specialist in broker and dealer activity and securities management, and series AIV-003 qualification certificate No. 011093 of financial market specialist in depositary activity, management issued to the controller of Investment Company Prometheus Holdings, limited liability company, Marina S.
