On cancelling licences of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licences of professional securities market participant to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activities and securities management of the closed joint-stock company Investment Company Broker House ALMAZ.

The reasons to take such decision were repeated violations within a year of the requirements of the Russian securities legislation, including regulations of the federal executive body on securities market.

The Bank of Russia additionally communicates that, on 1 October 2014, the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow recognised the closed joint-stock company Investment Company Broker House ALMAZ insolvent (bankrupt).
