On restricting insurance licence

By its Order No. OD-3258, dated 19 November 2014, the Bank of Russia restricted the licence to carry out compulsory liability insurance of the hazardous facility owner against the harm inflicted as a result of the accident at the hazardous facility of the open joint-stock company Railway Insurance Company ZHASKO (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents 1595).

This decision is taken pursuant to Clause 4.1 of Article 32.6 of Law of the Russian Federation No. 4015-1, dated 27 November 1992, ‘On the Organisation of Insurance in the Russian Federation’ due to the exclusion from the National Union of Liability Insurers (meeting minutes of the Board of the National Union of Liability Insurers No. 69 dated 13 August 2014), and becomes effective the day it is published in a printed media
