On cancelling licence of professional securities market participant

The Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence of professional securities market participant to carry out dealer, broker and depositary activity and securities management of SMART CAPITAL, limited liability company (hereinafter, the Company).
The reason to take this decision was repeated violation over the past year of requirements of the Russian securities and enforcement legislation.
