On reissuing forms of licences of professional securities market participant

On 17 November 2014, the Bank of Russia took a decision to reissue forms of licences of securities market professional participants to the following entities:

Moscow-based Investment Company FORUM, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to reorganisation;

Moscow-based Unified Specialised Depository, joint-stock company, to carry out depositary activity due to a change of name;

Moscow-based Joint-stock Commercial Bank Baltica, open joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Investment Group Favorite, limited liability company, to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based Investment Company TALA, open joint-stock company, to carry out broker, dealer and depositary activity and securities management due to a change of location;

Moscow-based TRUSTCONSULT GROUP, limited liability company, to carry out securities management due to reorganisation;

Moscow-based Management Company Clients Strategy Result, closed joint-stock company, to carry out securities management due to a change of name.
