On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Samara Region, dated 31 October 2014, on recognising the credit institution BANK PRIORITET, OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3135, a date of registration is 19 October 1994) insolvent (bankrupt) and appointing a receiver in accordance with Point 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. ОD-3222, dated 17 November 2014) to terminate from 18 November 2014 the activities of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution BANK PRIORITET, OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. ОD-2650, dated 30 September 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Samara-based Credit Institution BANK PRIORITET, OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY, Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
