On reissuing licence forms of professional participant of securities market

On 17 September 2014, the Bank of Russia took decisions to reissue the licence forms of a professional participant of the securities market issued to the following entities:

• the Moscow-based LibertyInvest Investment Company, limited liability company, to perform broker, dealer and depositary activity and to manage securities due to a change of location;
• the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company National Custodian Company to perform depositary activity due to a change of location;
• the Samara-based Perspective Plus Investment Company, limited liability company, to perform broker, dealer and depositary activity and to manage securities due to its transformation (former name: the Samara-based open joint-stock company Perspective Plus Investment Company);
• the Moscow-based VIALDI Management Company, limited liability company, to manage securities due to a change of location;
• the Moscow-based open joint-stock company United Specialised Depository to perform depositary activity due to a change of location.
