Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-788, dated 13 April 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution IpoTek Bank, closed joint-stock company, or CJSC IpoTek Bank Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1355 dated 16 June 2015) to withdraw V.G. Borovsky from the provisional administration of the credit institution IpoTek Bank, closed joint-stock company, from 17 June 2015.
