On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank AZIMUT (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3154, date of registration is 14 November 1994) (Order No. OD-1396, dated 19 June 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1397, dated 19 June 2015) to appoint from 10 June 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank AZIMUT for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Nikolai V. Smirnov, deputy head of the banking supervision section of the Ivanovo Regional Division, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank AZIMUT.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank AZIMUT also includes: M.A. Kalinkin, M.N. Kochneva, A.A. Pshenichnov, I.P. Strokov, E.A. Stepanova, S.V. Belyakova, Yu.N. Aksenov.
