On termination by state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of provisional administration

Due to the application of the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency for the early termination of its functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Smolensk Stock Commercial Bank (SKA-Bank) or OJSC SKA-Bank (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1957, date of registration — 10 July 1992) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1088, dated 18 May 2015) to terminate from 19 May 2015 the functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Smolensk Stock Commercial Bank (SKA-Bank) the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3349, dated 28 November 2014, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Smolensk-based Open Joint-stock Company Smolensk Stock Commercial Bank (SKA-Bank) or OJSC SKA-Bank’.
