On 14 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:
To re-issue forms of licence of a professional securities market participant to the following entities:
The Moscow-based closed joint-stock company InterInvest to carry out broker activity due to a change in the place of location;
The Moscow-based limited liability company Algorithm Investments Company to carry out broker and dealer activity and securities management due to a change in the place of location.
